Boy, those were the days! Talked with Bob tonight. He's doing pretty good. Just had a check up and he got a good report. Wasn't I a handsome feller way back then? Well, at least younger!
That photo was taken at the show in K.C., I believe. Could it ahve been '72 or '73? Thanks for the memories. __________________ http://www.srjknives.com NRA Endowment Member Knifemakers' Guild Member since 1971 "May you live all the days of your life." - Jonathan Swift |

Let's see: How many knifemakers have even come close to having the great opportunities that I've had: Gil Hibben, Harvey and Bart Draper, Rod Chappel, R.W. Loveless, Buster Warenski, etc., etc. You wanna see talent, and good men, just look at that list! If I ever start whining just slap me upside the head, OK?
Blessed is an understatement! __________________ http://www.srjknives.com NRA Endowment Member Knifemakers' Guild Member since 1971 "May you live all the days of your life." - Jonathan Swift Last edited by Steve; 02-12-2005 at 01:03 AM. Reason: corrections |
