Another of my Green Canyon hunters

Just finished one of my Green Canyon hunters for an order.

This might be the most knives I've ever got done in so short a time frame.

This one had ironwood that was a little plain so I dressed it up with a little texturing.

1084 steel
8 1/4" overall, 3 5/8" blade, .120" thick
Ironwood scales
Nickel silver pins

That's not "green"! But it is pretty darn sexy! When can a "hack" knifemaker like me come for some carving/texturing lessons?

You guys crack me up.

Hard to teach a lesson to the teacher!

Ed you taught both of us in the fact that I remember you posting some textured blades. Then Bing started then I saw it and thought, "I'm gonna try that too."

Bing- this is some of that straight grained ironwood you sent me a while back that you were going to throw in the woodstove.

Thanks for the kind words though guys.

Me too!

Count me in too, John, when you hold your next texturing class .

Very clean and sleek, and the sheath is great to boot!
