engraving
Hey guys don't hog all the spaces in the engraving classes. John and I both are going to enroll. Printing my registration form today. Hey Tommy, Ron Newton would get a kick out of me taking an engraving class since he knows I can't even cook so me with sharp, pointy, little instruments that will cut metal could be dangerous.
See you guys at the meeting. Joan |

Help
I was wondering if someone out there could tell me which class would be better for a beginner to take.
The one in June vs Sept. I was not sure if the one offered in June will also include making a blade from raw materials as described in the Sept class synopsis. Thanks in advance, Bill __________________ From there to here, from here to there, funny things are everywhere. TG - 1960 |

Bill, I'm hoping Tommy McNabb replies as he knows better then I do whats being offered. I just wanted to reply to say that you can't go wrong with either class. I've taken two classes and got tons out of both.
I think Tommy's class will focus more on the nuts and bolts while Ed's class has a broader focus. If you don't get other replies feel free to email Tommy at tommy@tmcnabb.com |

Jakedog, Tommy's class in Sept. would be better for a total newbie. I took Ed's class a few years ago, and it was great, but a bit beyond basic info. It would probably be a better second or third class to take.
They are both excellent instuctors with a LOT to teach. Hope this helps. |
