Suggested equipment: Milling machine, buffing machine, sand and bead blaster, anodizer for titanium.

Materials required:

3/32" 6AL/4V titanium sheet, 1 1/4" wide blade steel, 3/16" and 1/8" straight pivot pins, a bronze bushing, bronze or Nylatron washers, and Torx screws.

Duration of course: 45 days.

Cost including CAD design: $59.95
