Can Credit Card Knife be used as a real Survival knife?
These days I am seeing a rise in this new variant of folding knife. It is being marketed as "credit card knife" because of its look. Now after reading a couple of reviews I came to understand that it is a kind of survival knife. But reviews suggest that the body of these so called survival knives is made up of plastic. Now I wonder how strong it would be!
BTW this is how it looks Although the blade of these knives seems impressive and claims are being made that it can easily cut through stuffs but again I have my own reservations. When you see a real survival knife like fallkniven s1 pro or bear grylls ultimate knife(my favorite), the blade is fixed and sharp which helps to generate power while using it. Now how a folding knife with a plastic body will be effective in survival situations. Has anyone used this knife and if yes, I would like to know how effective it really is.
