Surface Grinders "Yeah Baby"

I picked up a surface grinder a few months back. I've been using it for cleaning up damascus barstock and guards. Yesterday I used it on a folder. WOW, I can hardly believe it. No more sitting at the disk sander roughing it in, then hours upon hours of handsanding to get it flat and parallel.
I heard someone say a while back that they couldn't believe people would make folders without one. At the time I didn't understand what they meant. Now I do!!!!

This thing will probably save me 4-5 hours on each folder I make. Maybe now I can start making money at this knifemaking career. Okay, maybe that last comment was over the edge but I can always dream right.

Just had to get this off my chest.
Jon
