I've not used them myself, but have heard reports from several friends.....they say its a pain to apply without getting wrinkles, and that is simply doesn't work on knives.....gets ripped off with any type of abrasion.

we bit the bullet and tried one of their $59 starter kits. have been very pleased with the results. great looking finish that has not worn off yet. I would recommend.
