so little time.

Part time maker--three blades forged (and all that goes in between), ground, hand sanded. Today I made and soldered guards, made handle pieces (wood and Maine stag), threaded tangs and pommels, fitted and epoxied. Ten hours in the shop.Tomorrow-shape,polish,and buff-and then three sheaths. If I can get that all done tomorrow ( I think I can) then I'll have one night to enjoy 'em before I deliver them in the nick of time on Christmas Eve. Anybody know this feeling? Merry Christmas to you all. Trey Walker

In the beginning I sort of hated to see them go after putting so much of myself into them.

But now I hate to see them laying around. I'm not particularly interested in being a collector of my own knives. :
