Scrimshaw Gents Folder

This is a P.J. Tomes gentleman's folder that was engraved by David Perdue. I scrimshawed this piece in 1991 and recently had the chance to buy it back! The scrimshaw area is two inches by 5/8 inch.

Fantastic! You are a very patient and talented man. Makes me kinda homesick. I'd like to walk into that scene. I can see why you were happy to get that knife back. The engraving is excellent as well.

Wow, very nice work, Rick!! I have some experience with scrimshaw myself, some attempts on alternative & pre-ban elephant ivory. I 'll post some work here on the knifenetwork forum soon. You did a really complex scenery on that very small scale, my congratulations! Greetings, Paulie. http://www.paulholbrecht.net
