Model 12-6 Sportsmans Bowie
I kinda wish all models were grouped together in one subject (like the Model 1) but the only other Model 12 subject is a 12-8. So, here is my little 12-6. It is pretty cool, I think.
The images I post are ones taken for inventory (insurance), so I appologize for the quality. tom |

Sorry, but your image did not show up. You get a pop-up in place of your pic that says "SORRY - You are trying to access an image from outside of ImageStation.com."

Gary, Moose,
It looks like an issue with Imagestation. They aren't allowing referenced links?at least intermittently?seems to work sometimes for me, sometimes not. But if you right click on the Imagestation picture above and select ?Properties? and then highlight the ?Address: (URL)? field and cut and paste that into another browser window?s address field and hit ?go? or return, you can see the picture. Just be sure when you are selecting the url to scroll (pull) all the way down to get it all?it?s pretty long, make sure you are getting the whole thing all the way to ? jpg.orig.jpg Then, oddly enough, next time you view the post, you will see the picture there too. Tom, you may want to check with Imagestation about it?why it?s happening. Gary |

Hi Gary!
Thanks for the tip. I just tried it, but unfortunately all I got was : "The page cannot be found." Thanks anyway. Cheers! David __________________ It takes less effort to smile than to frown ! |

Oops! It Works!
Aha! I just tried it again and realized that in my first attempt above, I had missed the very last "jpg" in the URL, and this time IT WORKED!
Thanks again, Gary! Moose __________________ It takes less effort to smile than to frown ! |

Gary,
.....Not sure why but the PICs here and the imagestation ones on that other forum work fine for me everytime. That black micarta with the black and aluminum spacers looks great. Is that a NS butt? How is the balance? I am making a mental list of which blade sizes work best balance wise with aluminum versus NS versus brass butts. Jeff |

The buttcap is N/S and the balance is just fine (for me). tom |
