154 and 15n20
Can you use 154 and 15n20 for Damascus?

Do you mean cpm 154 or 154cm? Both of these are stainless, which will greatly complicate the welding process, and on top of that the heat-treating characteristics are vastly different than 15n20, which would lead to more complications.
