I finished this one in October but forgot to post it here.


Very closely based on one from 10th-century Ireland. Wrought iron spine, 11 layer 1084 and 15n20 twist, more wrought, W2 edge... the handle is walnut burl, and the overall length is just a hair over 16 1/2". It has an auto-hamon that just barely shows in the pictures.









It might be hard for me to top this one...
