Alamo Bowie #1

Hi guys,

Was at the Alamo this past weekend and I got a few pics of one of the knives before I was politely informed that no pictures were allowed. It's the same one with three different exposures to show different portions clearer. I thought the bowie buffs may like it. If anyone wants too study it closer (not quite how much there is to see) I have the full size pics and I can email them.

Jim

Nice work. I have shamefully broken the rules and photographed things in museums myself...

The July issue of Knife World has an excellent article by James Batson about the Bowie knife and several photos of original Rezin Bowie knives.

That's pretty cool. I wonder where they found that one.
