Talking Survival Knives.

Aitor Jungle King 1. Comes with sheath full of survival goodies... Mirror, lots of line, slingshot, skinning knife, fire starter, handle holds fishing line, compass, matches, water purification tabs, etc. Handle is sealed and waterproof. New, never used. This is a rather large knife, maybe intended for hunting mid sized bears and such. Plastic sheath. $150.00. (Bottom knife in picture).

Halcon Inox Survival. Sheath with goodies also, made of black leather. Slingshot, mirror, firestarter, razorblade, compass, lighter, ruler, fishing line, skinning knife, etc. Also appears to be "mid size bear size". $150.00.(Middle knife in picture).

**SOLD**Marto Brewer Explora Survival. Comes with extra sheath (one has a flare launcher in the sheath and is EXTREMELY rare). Has wire cutter, mirror, compass, fishing line and hooks, matches, etc. Slightly smaller size, appears to be for bear cubs. $175.00.(Top knife in picture).**SOLD**

All three of these knives were made in Spain in the early 1980's and are models that are no longer made. Karl.

Are survival knives unpopular or something? I have these listed on three boards and have had little response. Or is it just a matter of price? Karl.

It's probably more a matter of them not being one of the popular brands of survival knives. If they were Busse, RAT, SOG, etc., then it might be a different story.

Nathan brings up a good point. Although you posted in the right spot, this forum in general is tailored for custom handmade knives much more than factory knives. I don't know about the other two you posted in. When in doubt there'e always ebay - I know there's a lot of noise there, but there's also a huge audience. Good Luck!

Talking

Wow, I thought the Aitor Jungle Kings were fairly popular. I've seen a few of them around. And seen a few listed for sale on various boards. I've also seen quite a few posts looking for them. Unfortunately, all the WTB posts had already been filled. Well, I guess I'll just keep the post here in hopes that somebody will see them soon and want them. Thanks guys. Karl.
