Mother of pearl friction folder.

I will like to show you one of my latest commission for a BB member
The materials for this friction folder are stainless liners and bolsters, for the scales white mother of pearl and RWL34 for the blade, i think the pictures will say the rest.
Still have to clean and sharpen the blade and then i have to assemble the folder.
If you have some questions just ask and i will do my best to answer.

Hope you like it.
Thanks for looking!

Ok here it's one more update for this folder, the only thing left to do now is to make it sharp and make a sheath for it.
I hope you like it like i do.
Thanks for looking.

Real nice!

I got a question about the mother of pearl. I have never used any of it so I may be wrong but I was under the impression it was kind of fragile! Do you worry about it chipping?

If I capture those three factors in each knife I build, I am assured the knife will become a piece that is used and treasured by its owner!

So far as you work with new belts and drills and kip it cool, then you don't have to wary about it.

Hey NPD,

Would you make me a similar pearl handled friction folder, but with a bottle opener on the tang. I'm looking for a small. classy gent's knife.

By all means send me a pm to talk specs and price

God bless,

Santiago.
