Very nice work Craig. I really like that the ivory color is similar to the color of many of the cheap plastic scales I've seen on old barlows - you've captured the original look but obviously with much higher quality materials and construction.

Thanks everyone.

Mr. Johnson, I cut the long pull with a slitting saw. I mount the blade on a tooling plate and hold that in a vice on my mill-drill. Get everything lined up and set the stops on the table for the length of the cut. I cut at the slowest speed I can using coolant from a spray bottle to keep it cool.

Here is a couple of pictures. I cut it before I heat treat the blade. This is a scrap blade just for the photos.
