M. Fong- Actually finished some
Began with the best of intentions to get done reasonably quickly. Stuff happens and I emphasize STUFF happens so knives took a LONG break. Eyeballs changed along the way so seeing up close made the tasks more challenging. A good 10+ year gap from the days we pursued the shows. Was happy the machines still ran. With ivory the way it is, I tossed even the mammoth stuff and went with a contemporary handle scale.
A grab shot with the little Canon G15 P&S for the photo challenge. Canon 580 EX flash with 8x8" softbox attached. __________________ Mike |

Thanks Don! Felt like this was the first time again and almost kept one as a new carry piece. Alas, they were sent onto a dealer so that they can be enjoyed. One is still here because the voids need to be filled. When I showed it around at the Plaza Show the comment heard was how poor a layup it had with all the voids.
A proper shot with the big camera: __________________ Mike |
