new chef's knife


Sawmill steel, 10" blade, rosewood handle with fiber spacers, right hand single bevel. HRC 57.

Barry, basil is the only thing I was able to get planted this year. As to the knife, thanks! I'm really liking the single bevel grind.

The next time we see each other I'll try and bring you some Oregano, Sage, and maybe Mint for you to plant. They'll come back every year so you'll not need to replant or buy any more.

We love fresh herbs but we always have enough to dry for winter use.
