Help identifying model and year...

Wondering if anyone can help identify the model of this blade. There is name etching on the blade and the faded name written on the back of the sheath does match. As you can see in the picture it appears from me sheath that this knife should be a model 1-7 But I am not certain. I had listed this knife for sale without putting a model in the description and with all the pictures that you see. After the sale was final I regretted selling it instead of keeping it in my collection. Luckily the seller has requested to return it stating that the blade is not a model one like indicated on the sheath. I am more than happy to take it back to keep it in my collection but I'm just curious if somebody could help me identify the actual model.
