The knife is made in Ukraine.
The blade is made of 95х18 stainless steel(analogue steel 440C) .The steel remains sharp over time and does not tend to be affected by various acids. The knife’s 95х18 steel of HRC-59 hardness makes it resistant to heavy use. The knife is honed to the razor-sharp point. The handle is made of stabilized maple burl.This knife is compact, for versatile utilization.The knife is razor sharp, sharpened by me. I mark all knives made by me with the stamp “PoC”, confirming the product’s quality and authenticity.

It is a beautiful knife, you should be able to sell it at that price and shipping cost. If I made it it would be considerably more, but it would have a beautiful sheath to match, but that's just me. I love leather working as well as making knives and have even been known to make a belt to match the sheath.
I mean no offense, but your sheath while certainly adequate for its task, is rather plain for such a beautiful knife.
