Hello A.T.
Just a quick note about show rates. My wife found MUCH better rates by just calling the motels & dealing direct with them. We got quite a bit cheaper rates than what Wally got us. And as we all know a penny saved is a penny earned.
It sure looks like Wally has been busy. We met him for the first time at our last show in Huntington Beach. I see a bunch of new names that have not been doing the show. I have been doing it for over 10 years & it has always been one of my best shows of the year. But as always when you get a show promoter that wants to add as many tables as possible then the pie obviously gets sliced into smaller parts. And what was great.... sometimes becomes mediocore.
But hopefully with the Antique Gun Collectors show right there, hopefully we will convert some Gun Collectors into knife collectors in the coming years to make up for the extra table holders.
I have my fingers crossed for another great show. All I need is for folks to leave me alone for the next couple of months so I will have something to sell.
Tough problem, but a problem no less.

I'll be there, guys, but I wouldn't have if A.G. Russell hadn't twisted my arm so hard in Atlanta. He said it was a "must do" show, so I'm doing it. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
