NEVER keep your drinking water and parrafin in similar containers. Three large gulps of parrafin will give you the runs for three days.

Never assume a sound looking block of wood won't split without warning while cutting on the bandsaw. Allways use a pushstick.

If you stick a blade 2 inches deep into your body, don't ask your wife to take you to the doctor. She might faint on the way.

Never touch a piece of dry steel with your bare hands (before being sure it's not hot!). It doesn't have to glow to burn you.

For goodness sake, save the beer and weed for the end of the job. It just seems to use more coal and absolutely nothing gets done in lines of knifemaking.
