A couple from Sandy

Here's a couple I just got back from Sandy. Did me a favor and rushed them thru for the small carry was bought if I could get it to them by today. He bared up with my pestering but there was no loss with the rush, they're still perfect.

Sorry about the bad pics,
Jim

Jim,

I believe I got to handle these two knives when I visited Sandy last weekend. It was a pleasure to be able to view your work close-up. You do really fine work. So does Sandy. He's amazing, and I'm going to take him up on his offer of spending a day with him and learning some of the basics of leatherworking.

Nice job, both of you!

Thanks Jamie,

One of these days I'm going to be able to hold on to one of Sandy's sheaths long enough to make a good study of it. Everytime I get one made though it has to go right out the door .

Both knives were bought as gifts for the person's spouse. One as a commisioned piece (the bone handled one) and the other as a last moment idea.

Jim

Edit: P.S.-the lady who got the hunter loved the sheath, completed the whole package
