Made the switch. New name.

I switched over here from ckd. Changed from Rich S. to Stanton Knives.
heheh If only I could get a knife completed.

I just re-signed up over here instead of continuing my old handle from ckd.

Thanks Dave, I also got what i think is a cool logo going as well. It basically just replaces the A in STANTON with a chevron. The chevron is the coat of arms symbol for my family name of Irish origin.

I need to get down there one of these days and watch you grind a bit. I'm kind of a monkey see monkey do type person. Not very good coming up with ideas but usually copy something and modify it.

Your more than welcome to come down. I warn you though that watching me grind would definately be monkey see monkey do . I enjoy the hand work more than using the machines.Grinding is actually my least favorite part of the process, probably because I have been doing steelwork for over 30 years. I love handsanding and using files.That being said, I 'll be glad to show you how not to make all the mistakes I have over the years.Dave
