Question Switchblade stamp identification

Hello All,

I am a former member of the old TSF and just joined this forum...I go by Kixonrt66. I have been out of the switchblade world for a while, but I'm back!

I just acquired a transitional Italian Stiletto with the word "Import" in a diamond and "Inox" on the reverse tang. This knife appears to be an early transitional knife, it has Nickle Silver bolsters that are fully brass lined, a Nickel Silver button and safety, "D" stamped liner rocker arm brackets, a slip in spring, a round lock tab and a swedged stainless blade. The spring and back spring appear to be carbon steel. The knife has beautiful black and white horn handles and is 8" long when open. Here she is:

I wonder if any of you have seen this stamping before and if so, could you venture a guess as to who made it? I would date this knife in the early 1960's from the way it is made.
