Kydex with templates/jigs

Been looking into making Kydex finishing easier faster more consistent and Repeatable
so have been working on some templates etc

barr a few teething issues seems to work well

Small sheaths done in one go including slots no marking or measuring except the first hole

Top one is the old sheath scallopped by eye on a profile grinder and small wheel looked good But the new one every scallop is the same every hole is exactly 1.5" CtoC Looks better

I can do straight edges and slots but seem to ne in scalloped mood

Looking very good. I'd be very interested in knowing (seeing) what your template/jig looks like.
