Jerry Fisk - Four Special Micro-Show Knives

#1 Sendero for the Fisk Micro-Show Oct. 12-13

Jerry's signature Sendero small hunter/utility design is both attractive and functional to the max.
This one has a Dog Star Damascus blade, stainless steel guard, deep relief scroll engraving and a Sambar stag handle dressed in red.
Blade 5.5 in. OAL 10 in. This knife will be sporting a Paul Long custom sheath at the show.

#2 Long, thin fighter style Petroglyph Bowie knife with a shimmering 12 in. Damascus steel blade.

The 5.5 in. stag handle has lots of character and the stainless steel guard, ferrule and pommel cap are engraved by Jerry with petroglyphs he photographed while hiking in the Utah desert.
NOTE the figure in the boat on the water... Hmmm, Utah desert.... would love to know the story behind that glyph, which at first seems a little out of place.
This is a substantial knife with intimidating "reach" - light and wicked quick in hand. Don't Tread On Me is the sentiment conjured by this knife. It will appear at the Micro-Show with its Paul Long scabbard.
I fear a fight might break out over who gets this one!

#3 Gamemaster medium hunter/utility design - also for the Micro-Show

More stout (and slightly smaller) than the Sendero, this Gamemaster represents the first time Jerry has used the Trail of Tears Damascus steel pattern on a hunter.
Excellent Stag handle, tastefully engraved, blade 5.25 in., OAL 9.5 in. This one will also have a Paul Long sheath. Engraving on guard face not shown.

#4 Last but certainly not least is this mid-size California style Bowie with exceptionally nice ladder pattern Damascus blade steel.

The guard and ferrule are aluminum bronze, a very tough material to work with, so there will probably only be 2-3 more Fisk knives in the future that feature this uniquely beautiful metal.
Jerry has engraved the guard and ferrule using a Chain of Fools pattern. This is an especially beautiful knife. The fossil ivory is richly colored and figured. Paul Long sheath in the works.

NOW, about that Turkey head eyeing you from the ricasso. Gobble, gobble... They do have wild turkeys in California but I hear they're smallish, well-tanned and hang out mainly on golf courses.
