Hi Jon!

LOOKING GOOD! I really like the large hunter with the stag! That is a great design. Here's my latest..................it was my hunting knife for this year (yea I finally got it done in time to do a couple of deer)

Now that is pretty, Ed.!

How'd it hold up on the deer? (I already know, still shaving sharp!) What's the steel make-up? The name of the pattern?

Thanks, Steve

Ed Caffrey!

I think you've taken Damascus to a whole new level ... Not just this one pattern, but the whole dang archive of them over at your site!

Can I make you a special forum header banner? Look at Steve's and let's do something like it for you ...

E-mail me!

Alex

Thanks for the compliments guys. Noticed that I wrote brass for the guard on that large hunter, it's Nickel Silver. Also noticed a big red booger on the guard of that bowie, must have been a piece of leather I failed to wipe off, "oops". Guess I'd better proofread and take better pictures in the future.
Beautiful blade Ed, I didn't see that one last time I was at your place. Looks like it would be a comfortable one to handle.

Ed that blade looks great. The contrast is something else. I like it. Hope my tomahawk has that much contrast to the pattern. By the way did you receive the maple handle I sent? What do you think of the wood? or do you think it should be darker----Rade

Hi Rade!
Thanks for the kind words! The handle looks like it should do just fine! I'll make sure you have that kind of contrast on your hawk too!
