Piloted Spindle tap wrench
I have been using just the drill press turned off and turning the chuck by hand to tap TI liners. I picked up one of these and WOW what a difference ! It reduced the effort by atleast 75% ! Now its nothing to tap the liners and I dont hate doing it now I picked mine up from http://cdcotools.com/ . Not made in the USA but its nice and price is real nice. Just thought I would pass it on !

cool! so does the spindle tapper go in the drill press and then you turn it by hand? Did you get the 0 to 1/4" size?
