Custom Laser Engraving

Anybody have a need for laser engraving on knife handles? Very fine detail is available on most kinds of wood, bone, and composites. Logos, brands, or original art can be used. Very similar to scrimshaw, without the color (or the cost!). www.custom-etched.com

Hi Dave, Thanks for your inquiry!
We price laser engraving by thesquare inch. For scales
(1 1/2" X 5" = 7.5 sq. in.) @ $ 1.25/ sq. in. it would be $9.38 per scale. We can also engrave on the finished knife for the same cost. These prices assume you can use our existing artwork. Custom art designs (logos, original art, monograms, etc.) are available at additional cost.
It's also possible to engrave a black mark on the blade using a laser sensitive pigment from Germany. This type of work is available at $ 1.50/ sq. in. It's very permanent!
You can see examples of both of these techniques at: www.custom-etched.com.
Yes, we can engrave Micarta. We "fill" the engraving with a wax based material in a contrasting color.
Please advise any other questions.
