154 CM now, help

I ordered from K&G 1 inch wide CPM steel, precision ground which I have been using. They sent, instead, 154CM, Mill run and I am not sure of a couple of things. First the heat treat, second how to take care of the mill run part. Help would certainly be appreciated.

If your original order was CPM154 it heat treats the same. Here's the spec sheet -

I use a 12" disc grinder to remove scale.
