Problem reading I-T diagram

I'm having trouble reading the scale on the I-T diagram; it's been yea many moons since I have had to read logarithems. I know that 10 to the 4th power comes out to 2 hrs 47 min but that is the next line located to the right. I'm kind of guestamating it to be about 3.5 hours. Does that seem about right or am I off?

The time line starts with tenths of a second, then seconds, then tens, hundreds, thousands, ten-thousands, hundred-thousands, etc.

0.1 second = 0.0016667 minutes = 0.0000277 hours
1 second = 0.016667 minutes = 0.000277 hours
10 seconds = 0.16667 minutes = 0.00277 hours
100 seconds = 1.6667 minutes = 0.0277 hours
1000 seconds = 16.667 minutes = 0.2777 hours
10,000 seconds = 166.67 minutes = 2.777 hours
100,000 seconds = 1666.7 minutes = 27.7 hours

I hope this is correct.. it has been many moons for me also..
