A Bunch of Firsts
I just finished up a skinner for a client. This was 100 percent custom, he provided pictures and I turned it into hardware.
This was the first time I worked with G10, It was not bad at all to work with. It was the first time I used screws instead of pins. I used 6-32 flat heads. This was the first time I did this type of jimping. I will be using it a lot more, it is plain but very functional. It is the first time I used glazed veg tanned leather. I love the stuff. I have a link here to a face book post, thought I would kill 2 birds with one stone. Thanks for looking and happy holidays https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=1&theater There are 3 different pictures. Click on the pic to see the next one. __________________ Walt |

Very nice! I hope you wore a respirator when working the G-10. The dust from that stuff is very, very bad to breathe ...
