DIY - Tutorial Video (Sport Hunter Kit w/ Custom Sheath)

This thread shows the assembly of the KnifeKits Sport Hunter Kit along with a custom sheath and belt loop.

This video features the assembly of the Sport Hunter knife kit and the creation of a Holstex custom sheath and Kydex belt loop. The custom belt loop was made using the Diez Belt Loop Forming Jig. The Diez Forming Jig is great for reusing thermoform sheet material and making custom belt loops. This project can be adapted to fit and holster or sheath making project.

+ .080 Holstex Sheet Material (London Tan Raptor)
+ .080 Kydex Sheet Material (Black)
+ 8-9 eyelets (Black)
+ Diez Design -Belt Loop Forming Jig

+ Eyelet Flaring Dies: Master Series #8
+ Toaster Oven / (A heat gun or other type of heat source can be used)
+ Buffing/Flap Wheels
