Looks like all you have is a profiled knife that needs to be ground on the outside to smooth out and you need to grind the knife bevels and drill the holes in the handle. In other words you need to do everything to it. I would start by marking where my bevels go, but I'm guessing you don't know how to grind the bevels?
Also what kind of steel is it? Since you laser cut it all the edges will be hard to a depth of a 64th inch or so which is why I said to grind the profile and smooth it out.
