It was such a lovely, fall day in Vienna, Ga. at the Colonel's lodge. Thanks so much to Jim Collins and Doc Sangster and their helpers for hosting. Food was great!! Thanks also to Russell McNabb for donating the Scholarship Knife. Everyone wanted to win that one!!! Jerry Costin conducted a question and answer session with Craig Schneeberger and James Mitchell about their knife making history and ideas. It is always very interesting to learn more about our club members. Dave Smith demonstrated how to stabilize wood and Don Tommey showed us his inventive way to turn and grove a handle. Thanks to all of you!! The Knife of the Quarter was won by Don Tommey. Congratulations!!!
Our Facebook Page is having lots of activity. Thanks to Paul Brach for all his work on it.
At this time, there are no definite meeting places and dates for meetings for 2017. Watch for notifications here on the Forum and on the Facebook page for that information as soon as we have it.
