I just realized I am the only one on this thread whose name is not Steve!
Steve M, thanks for the calculator however, it won't work for me because I am flat grinding. I have decided I like the cutting performance of a flat ground blade with a Moran style convex edge better than a hollow ground blade with a bevel. Yes, I know what you are thinking, a Loveless style blade with a Moran style edge....Yes I am having an identity crisis!
