Thanks for the replies everyone. The handles thicknesses range from 5/16 to almost have an inch on the large butcher knife. I am thinking resale yes. The steel doesn't seem soft. I posted on ebay yesterday for $30 and they sold today, which now I realize is a bit under the prices you are mentioning. Overall I am happy with the sale and very happy for the help in identifing.
