Knives have been produced in Sheffield since the early 1300's. Looks like this must have been some sort of commemorative knife, maybe promoting a production goal. The term "stainless" dates back to 1915. (Before that, it was "rustless" or "rust free".) So that puts the knife between 50 and 100 years old. Probably not valuable, but still a pretty neat knife and in great shape.
