Ahhhh!! There is nothing like getting away to get you back on track. The only thing wrong with the mountains is all the tourists. (lol) Anyway wip of milling the nail nick. I have tried using a flycutter but that does not give me as smooth as a finish as I would like. What I really like using is a dovetail cutter, it works really well. This time I used an end mill like was mentioned in one of the previous post. I used a 3/8 mill and then moved the table to get a longer cut. I wonder what it will look like when i get the hollow grind done.
