Looks really good! as far as the issue with the washers....try and get some bronze ones...when I did a couple liner locks before I started using bearings I noticed a difference in fiber or nylon to the bronze the bronze wont deform over time as the other ones can. As far as the scratching of the blade I use blue painters tape and cover the blade while sharpening and stuff like that to make sure I don't scratch up the blade...other than that looks really well done.
