Nice looking selection. You're gonna need more cabinets.....Saw the Vic's and Dex's right off - re-sharpened hundreds of them for professional meatcutters (both brothers were in that profession). Great for repurposing to kitchen duty. Tore the plastic off all the white ones and rehandled with rosewood or C'bola. Sumpin 'bout white plastic I can't stand.
JM, you're gonna have to break out of that apt someday so you can have a proper shop to pile things up in.
