JAVA runs on just about everything these days, even the computer chips in your car. But, if it won't fly on your phone look for any app that your phone can support that will connect you to IRC (Trillian is the app I use on my tablet but there are many). If you can find an app that works with your phone send me an email and I'll give you the configuration data you need to connect to the Chat Room....
