Hi Brian!

It may very well be 15N2, which is chemically identical to 15N20, with the exception of a varing nickel content. The only outfit that I know of making 15N20 is Uddeholm...... at least they are the only ones making steel called 15N20 that they are willing to send a spec sheet with. I think you'll have almost identical results using the "bandsaw" steel in your damascus.
I have a private source who tests for me, but has made me promise not to reveal who they are. You might try a college...usually their science dept. will have students do the testing so a minor fee. (Everytime I have something spectrographed it's $60)
