Bill of materials

I'll build two folders, one with integral milled liner/bolsters, the other with spot welded bolsters to the liners.

Bill of materials:

1. spot welded bolster/liners. .045-.060 thick sheet stainless: 303, 304, 410, etc. for liners.

Bolsters-303 or 416 SS 3/32x1/8" thick by 3/4" to 1" wide.

Pins-Must match whatever bolster material you use exactly in order to be hidden when finished. 3/32" dia. SS rod to match bolster material. The scale pins can be whatever you wish. 1/6" to 1/8" dia.

2. Integral liner/bolsters. I suggest 416 SS 1/8" x 1" wide 416SS.

Pins must match the bolster/liner material exactly. 3/32" dia. rod. As above, the scale pins can be made of whatever you want.

Note: If you order your materials I suggest 416 SS because it is malleable which makes it easier to peen the pins.

3. Blade material: 3/32" thick x at least 3/4" wide x at least 4" long for each blade. I'll make two blades back to back out of the same piece of material, CPM154.

4. Back spring material: Same as blade material, at least 4" long.
