I have a bench grinder with the grinders removed and sanding discs installed with a chuck assembly.

There is a slight wobble in the sanding discs attached - they are brand new. It seems like the rubber sanding disc that attaches to the chuck assembly does not attach perfectly and makes a wobble.

The wobble puts lines in the final finishing stages that the buffer won't get out.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of the wobble.

One grinder I have is a small 3/4 HP Grizzly the other is a Delta, both wobble but without the chuck assemblies on they are perfect.

Anybody ran into this before?

This ruins the knives when you get to this stage....
