First Knife

Well after like 7 years of wanting to make knives i did finish one finally. Amazing how fast the times go.

I'd like to credit Terry Hearn's "making a lil skinner" tutorial which was a huge help for keeping me on the right steps to complete a knife and Beebe Knives's "How to make your own leather sheath".

But mainly to David Cole of DC Knives, who in my opinion is a master craftsman, I had the good fortune of visiting his shop when i first got interested in knives and he schooled me on what tooling/supplies I needed to buy and just a great overall hands on look at the hows and whats of knives and sheath making.

Knife details: O1 steel, Micarta handles, Flat grind w/ thumb knotch. Heat treated in a homemade oven that was detailed here on these forums.
Sheath: 8-9oz leather with dark oil dye
