- About Larry Peterson
- Biography
- I was born in 1943. I made my first knife with the help of my Jr. High shop teacher (William Partington). The blade was made with a file and the handle was poured aluminum. My next knife was made with the help of Blair Snow, my Uncle, in 1958.
- Location
- I was born and raised in Spanish Fork, Utah. I now live between Manti and Ephraim, Utah. We built a home here about 10 year ago.
- Interests
- I make knives and sometimes I make boots. In the summer I prospect a bit.
- Occupation
- I started out working in a gold mine. Later I mined for Kennecott. Then I worked 23+ years for the Great State of Utah. I was a Prison Psychologist at the end. I worked for the V.A. for 14 years as a clinical coordinator treating P.T.S.D..
