I have a knife design that I think is condusive to laser cutting, or some other such accurate cutting.

I want to make about 25 of them. I have the knife designed in AutoCAD.

Anyone know of someone/place willing to produce these for a
reasonable cost?

What I would want is themto provide the steel, the laser cutting
and the grinding of the blades I can and would like to do the rest.

Thanks.

AND the heat treating, as I don't have the capability to do that yet.

Knew I was going to forget something.

SSB,

Admiral Steel offers laser cutting, and heat treating of Stainless can be done by Paul Bos or some of the knife supply houses. Your problem will be with grinding the actual blade. This is not something that steel suppliers offer nor heat treaters. You may be able to find a custom maker that could grind your blades but the cost would up there. Time is money.

Good Luck,
