My father has had this and two others that are very similar since I can remember. Well about 10 years ago he gave them to me, and I have had them stored away. Recently I took this knife out and I noticed that on the blade next to the handle is what appears to be the knife makes name K. Henschel. I looked on the internet and found a little bit about the maker. It looks as though he was in his mid 70s in 2007 and has made knives for about 50 years. That is really all I know. I am 40 yrs old and like I said dad has had them since I can remember. (so at least 30yrs) If no-one knows much about their origin maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I am not looking to sell them as they do have sentimental value but I am curious about their Maker, Age and Value. Your help is appreciated.
